Glen Burnie, Md. (December 19, 2011)—Victor D. Lopatka has joined Craftsmen Developers as project manager of the firm’s Oliver Street project in downtown Baltimore, according to W. Dennis Gilligan, president of the firm.
Lopatka, with 30 years of experience in construction project management, was previously with Beazer Homes, Inc. and Gilligan Development, Inc. He is a graduate of Frostburg State University and resides in Hampstead, Md.
“Victor’s expertise in all facets of construction project management, as well as his commitment to a high standard of construction quality, will be key to realizing our vision for the extensive renovation and rehabilitation work now underway to the Oliver Street houses in downtown Baltimore,” said Gilligan.
